how is this fair?

So, Florida is a “non fault state” which pretty much means if a husband or wife files for divorce for any reason, their spouse gets half of everything they own. Okay, I can totally understand that if the reason for the divorce is amicable, but say one of the spouses cheated, how is that fair?

So, say someone has been cheating on their amazing, beautiful, understanding wife for probably two-three years now, that fat fuck gets half of everything they own together. My mind honestly doesn’t understand how thats fair. HE CHEATED. HE LIED. HE ABANDONED EVERYONE, so naturally, he should get half of everything. Fucking Florida.
